You can speak for up to three minutes on any topic on the Council's agenda (except Consent Communications) at Monday evening Council meetings. To see the complete agenda, follow the links on the right hand side of this page after 5 PM on the Thursday before a Council meeting.
To speak at a Council meeting, call 349-4280 between 9 AM and 3 PM to sign up, or show up at City Hall at 5:30 to speak. The speaker list is closed at 6 PM, so you need to sign up before then to be assured of a chance to speak.
